The concussion of the world volleyball village in the early days of 2023 is nothing but the two stars of Japanese volleyball, Yuji Nishida and Sarina Koga announced their marriage.
While Nishida is the big star of the Japanese male volleyball, Koga is also the captain of the cherry blade. Koga was born in 1996 and 4 years older than her husband when Nishida was born in 2000.
Recently, appearing in the program “Going! Sport & News” of Nippon Television, Nishida has shared his marriage.
Nishida said the two had dated 2 years before getting married, not a quick love affair. The two decided to announce their marriage and even though he was just notice, he was even more nervous when playing.
As a professional athlete, Nishida said both did not have much time together but still contacted each other via daily phone.
In the eyes of Nishida, Koga is a professional athlete and also an important part of him, he respects his wife.
Both husband and wife are very determined to get a good result in the Paris Olympic Games next year. The couple will start by having a good achievement in the Olympic qualifying round to get a ticket to France next year.
Talking about his future, the Japanese volleyball star shared: “We talked about being together forever, so no matter what happened we always stand side by side and pursue bigger goals in life.”
