The Asian Volleyball Village and the Philippines are pleased to share the engagement of the Shola Alvarez women's volleyball couple and Tiamzon.
On Alvarez's personal page, the couple is wearing an engagement ring. Tiamzon happy pointing to his lover's ring finger with the radiant smile of both.
Sharing his funny story, Alvarez said this is a new chapter in the love story of the two.
Immediately after this good news was shared, many coaches and athletes sent congratulations to two volleyball stars. The two had a long time to love each other before deciding to cohesive by engagement.
Alvarez and Tiamzon, 26, are currently playing for La Salle Lady Spiker Club while Tiamzon announced his retirement from his noisy competition from F2 Logistics last year.
The story of women volleyball couples is not too strange, but for Asian athletes, the public engagement as well as acknowledging the relationship is not much.
This is considered one of the pioneering couples of the Asian female volleyball village and fans hope to have the next couples to publicize their relationship.
