The SEA Games 30 gold medal is the biggest achievement of the Philippine Men's Volleyball for many years

As expected, the 2025 World Championship is expected to take place from 12 to 28 September with 32 teams attending. Based on the criteria, the teams in the region are not eligible to attend.

The Philippines as the landlord will naturally have a ticket to attend and to do this, this country had to spend a huge amount of money to race to become the host of the tournament.

Of course, in order to host the largest tournament of the world volleyball village with a scale of 32 teams, the amount of money spent is not small not included in the facilities and a series of other expensive requirements.

In recent years, the Philippines has promoted the host of world -class tournaments such as the World Women's Club Championships, Volleyball Nations League both men and women even though this team has no capacity to attend.

Earlier, many sources also said that up to 4 Southeast Asian countries including Vietnam race to host the World Championship 2025. However, this information has not been authenticated and FIVB has not announced the country to organize this tournament.
