The big surprise happened in the quarter -finals of the World U19 Women's Volleyball Tournament 2023 between the two Asian teams, Thailand and China. A very dramatic match.
Before this match, the Chinese U19 women's volleyball team was highly appreciated than the opponent from Southeast Asia. In the group stage, China ranked first in Group A while Thailand only ranked 4th of Table C.
In the first set, the two teams played on par with each other each score one before the young Chinese girls had a dramatic victory at 33-31.
Following the victory, China won an easy set of winning with a score of 25-16 to pass 2-0. When all seemed to end with Thailand, suddenly happened.
The young Thai girls played like going to the field to shorten the score after the 25-16 victory in Set 3. With the rising spirit, the Southeast Asian team had an additional victory in Set 4 to put into Set 5 decisions.
In this set, Thailand U19 volleyball team played more firmly and won 15-12, thereby completing his spectacular backwards as well as in the hands of the ticket to the semi-finals.
As for Chinese women's volleyball team, they can only blame themselves when they pity to break up the game early. All mistakes have been paid expensive by being eliminated from this tournament.
