The Thai women's volleyball star Thatdao Nuekjang has just returned to his home country to start the treatment of injury in his back. She was warmly welcomed at the airport and thatdao also shared about her situation.
ThatDao said the pain had decreased after the first day she had injuries but she still had pain when sitting for a long time. Lying or leaning back makes her condition better.
“I saw on the news that many people were worried about me. I thanked all Thai volleyball fans who cared about me.
Currently, she is recommended to rest and this time will take about 2 months. The treatment time is not sure but the injury will be completely cured, ”said thatdao.
ThatDao also said: “The Belgian athletes came to apologize for the ball that made me injured. She was very cute, the whole coach also came to ask and really worried about me.”
With this injury, thatdao will break up with VNL 2022 and spend time for injury treatment. She will return just before the 2022 World Championship volleyball tournament in September in the Netherlands and Poland.
ThatDao suffered a back injury in the match against the Belgian volleyball team in Volleyball Nations League 202 taking place in Tho Nhy. She returned home immediately to treat her injury.
The Thai women's volleyball team went to Malina, the Philippines to prepare for their second week here. The Thai team will also have a friendly match against the Philippines before the tournament started.
