The two representatives of Southeast Asia Volleyball, Malaysia and Singapore, won the new Four Nations Cup 2023 volleyball championship that took place at the Maldives.
This is a volleyball tournament considered as the quartet trophy organized by the island nation with the participation of teams from South Asia with Southeast Asia, valuable opportunities for the host team to be rubbed.

To prepare for this tournament, the Maldives women's volleyball team had a 10 -day training trip in Thailand and the result was that this team reached the final.
In the women's final, the host girls almost created a spectacular backward before the Singapore women's volleyball team when they lost to the first two checks but played jubilantly to bring the match to the Czech 5.
