The beautiful girl of Vietnamese volleyball up to this point is still “air defense, empty house” despite many surrounding satellites. It is for this reason that the life of the beautiful girl is always happy, coming here and there every time she has free time.
Currently the deputy coach of the BTL Military Volleyball Team – FLC, Pham Thi Yen is always busy on the field with the students every day. In 2021, Pham Thi Yen considered returning to play in the team shirt that made her name but in the end, fans still could not see her appearing on the field as athlete.
Pham Thi Yen has always been known for the title of Miss Volume with the beauty of little. Not only beautiful, the day she was playing, the Ha Nam girl always showed the quality of a big star whether at the BTL female volleyball club – FLC or on the national women's volleyball team.
Over the past few years, Pham Thi Yen retreated behind the scenes as the deputy coach of the team to accompany the juniors (now becoming his student) at the Volleyball Tournament. The last three seasons were also the three most successful seasons for her when the BTL team information – FLC won the championship to become a monument of the female ball village.
Pham Thi Yen is one of the most important agents in the team coaching staff. The professional skills as well as the experience of playing throughout her career were passed down to the younger generation of the team with her enthusiasm and love for her career.
Because of her love for her career, fascinating with her students and the ball, she is still in the situation of “air defense, empty house”. In his spare time, the volleyball is often spending time with his family, friends and his passion.
