Like many other women's volleyball teams, the Chinese team is also actively preparing for the 2022 World Championship Volleyball Championship. However, while other teams choose international friendly, the Chinese team is the opposite.
The team of coach Cai Bin “closed” to the outside because the disease situation as well as the habit of “closed” so the Chinese women's volleyball team has only practiced closed over the past time since VNL 2022.
During the training process, it was not possible to play friendly with other women's volleyball teams, the Chinese team chose to be friendly with the men's volleyball players.
The team that the Chinese team has just played friendly is Zhejiang Club, the training with the men's teams is considered regular in the focus of this team to get used to the strong play like Western women's volleyball teams.
This is a tradition from the coach Lang Ping, the Chinese team has maintained this tradition until now. These are also the only friendly matches before the 2022 World Championship.
Along with that, coach Cai Bin decided to bring 16 athletes to the Netherlands compared to 22 people called focused. Here, the Chinese women's volleyball team continued to type 2 before officially playing.
This list also made many criticism when the names were thought to be “disaster” still participating in the World Championship team. While both Zhang Changning and Zhu Ting are not present for different reasons.
