Recently, the list of Chinese women's volleyball teams attending the Asian Championship women's volleyball tournament was officially revealed. Accordingly, China will send a 2nd team to attend the tournament in Thailand.
Because the first team of Chinese women's volleyball team is in preparation for the Paris 2024 Olympic Games as well as ASIAD 19 at home, the 2nd team will attend the Asian Championship 2023.
The two athletes added to the 2nd team participating in this tournament are Wu Mengjie – the new dinosaur of Chinese women's volleyball and Zhou Yetong. These are two quality additions.
The Chinese women's volleyball team is only 2 but still rated as a bright candidate for the championship when these are still quality dams and are willing to challenge any opponent.
The Chinese women's volleyball team will compete with the championship with Japan and Thailand. With this squad, the presence of the top 3 and winning tickets to the world championship volleyball tournament is within reach.
