A few days ago, the Asian Volleyball Federation held a drawing of the 2024 AVC Challenge Cup in both men and women's content. This is the tournament to select Asian representatives to attend the FIVB Challenger Cup 2024.
The Philippines will host the tournament for volleyball teams taking place from May 22. Compared to last year's tournament, this year witnessed the number of teams attending more, especially the presence of Kazakhstan.

Filipino women's volleyball team attending AVC Challenge Cup 2024 has not been focused
The Vietnamese women's volleyball team is located in the “Death” table with Kazakhstan – the team with the highest ranking on the world volleyball rankings in the participating teams and the reigning runner -up – Indonesian team.
Meanwhile, the Philippine women's volleyball team with the advantage of the host is in a fairly gentle group with Taipei China, Iran, Australia … and is considered to have a high chance to win tickets to the semi -finals.
While other teams including Vietnamese women's volleyball teams had a good time early to prepare for the tournament, the Philippine women's volleyball team has not been revealed.
Currently, the athletes are still competing for the PVL Premier League and the list of Filipino women's volleyball teams is still not available. Many large and foreign sports sites are questioning whether the host team will be established to attend the tournament when the opening day is only over two weeks.
With this preparation with the strength not too strong as well as always disagreeing in focusing on the team, the Philippines can hardly get good rankings despite being played at home.
