Before the conflicting wave of the public, the Polish Volleyball Federation recently made the final decision about the incident of Wilfredo Leon.
Accordingly, the organization said that after a medical consultation as well as the exchange between the coach and a team of doctors, it was too risky to return to Leon at the end of the month. Therefore, Leon will not attend the 2022 World Championship volleyball tournament.
The 2022 World Championship volleyball tournament will take place from August 26 to September 11 in Polish and Slovenia. This is the largest tournament for the world volleyball.
The 2022 World Championship men's volleyball tournament consists of 24 teams, divided into 6 tables each. Unlike previous years, from the round of 1/16 will take place live matches to choose the champion.
The list of 24 male volleyball teams participating in the World Championships includes: Poland, Slovenia, Puerto Rico, Canada, Brazil, Argentina, Tunisia, Cameroon, Iran, Japan, France, USA, Serbia, Cuba, Netherlands, Germany, Mexico, Earth, Egypt, Qatar, Bulgaria, China and Ukraine.
