Absent at AVC Cup and ASEAN Grand Prix 2022, the Philippine female star reveals the cause of shock

One of the most famous volleyball stars in the Philippines – the female owner Alyssa Valdez has just revealed her health status after being unable to join the AVC Cup 2022.

Accordingly, the former teammate of the owner Tran Thi Thanh Thuy is currently recovering from health after dengue. The disease caused her health to be seriously affected.

That is also the reason why she could not join her club representing the Philippines to attend the Asian Women's Volleyball Cup 2022 earlier at home even though she was the No. 1 hope of the team.

On its Instagram post, Alyssa Valdez has now scheduled to come to Germany to participate in an image promotion event before coming to Thailand to attend ASEAN Grand Prix 2022 with the Philippines from September 9.

However, most likely she only came as a guest audience instead of playing because of her health status that did not meet to play.

Alyssa Valdez shared that she unfortunately had dengue fever, her condition was very bad. She has high fever, body aches, headache, unable to eat or drink anything and the condition only improves after 6 days.

Even her platelet number was reduced to danger. She was hospitalized for treatment and doctors had to discuss whether or not to give her blood transfusions, fortunately it did not happen.

Alyssa Valdez was born in 1993, the No. 1 owner of the Philippine women's volleyball. She used to play the Attack Line Club of Taipei China, where she was a teammate of the owner Tran Thi Thanh Thuy.

Both also have a good relationship, used to be very close to each other when attending the 30th SEA Games in the Philippines.
