Recently, the Chairman of Philippine Football Federation Ramon Suzara was elected president of the Asian Football Federation. He will assure both of these positions and are determined to bring home volleyball higher in the coming years.
During a meeting with the Philippine Sports Journalists Association recently, Mr. Suzara said that when he came to power in the Filipino Football Federation, the team only ranked 117 in the world. Three years later, the male team is currently ranked 56 and the women's team ranked 63.

At the level of the national team, the official said he was looking for more opportunities to attend international tournaments even though this is very expensive as well as enhancing the search for young talents with good height.
Commenting on the upcoming time, Suzara said the Philippines could compete for a gold medal at SEA Games 33 in Thailand. Vietnam and Indonesia are the countries that will win medals and he is optimistic about the achievements of both men and women.
Regarding the organization of the 2025 World Championship, the President of the Asian Football Federation said that the organization is being urgently implemented and completed.
Tomorrow 14/9, the World Labor Federation will conduct a lottery drawing of the 2025 World Championship Volleyball Championship. As the host, the Philippine Men's Volleyball team has a capacity to attend.
