Thu Hoai came to volleyball as a predestined predestined and fluttered into a bright pass on the national team. In April 2021, Thu Hoai became a new student at the University of Economics – Hanoi National University, where she passed the two of Industry and Trade Bank and the National Women's Volleyball team quickly integrated into the new environment in the activities of the Youth Union. She participated in the campaign of youth volunteering, teaching English for free online for children and received a lot of compliments from parents as well as their beloved students.
