After a volatile Tokyo Olympic Games, the first international volleyball tournament in 2022 for women's teams will take place at the end of May. It is the annual Volleyball Nations League 2022.
This year, Volleyball Nations League 2022 will gather 16 of the world's strongest women's volleyball teams. All the strongest female volleyball teams today such as the US, China, Brazil, Serbia or Russia are present.
Asia includes: China, Japan, Korea, Thailand. These are also the 4 strongest women's volleyball teams at the present time.
Europe includes: Russia, Earth, Serbia, Poland, Netherlands, Italy, Germany and Belgium. This is also the continent with the most representatives in Volleyball Nations League 2022.
The Americas include: USA, Brazil, Canada, Dominia. As usual, Africa did not have any representatives to participate in this tournament. The cities hosting the Volleyball Nations League 2022 were decided while the city of Final organized has not yet announced.
At the Volleyball Nations League 2021, the US volleyball team successfully defended its championship after overcome Brazil in the final. Earth NHI Ky won 3rd place and Japan became the most successful Asian team.
