Thai volleyball news sites have just posted information that the country will become the host of Volleyball Nations League 2023. This information was revealed by Mr. Chanrit Wongprasert – an Asian Volleyball Federation official.
The place of competition is also revealed, Thailand will hold a tournament at Huark NT. This was the time to host this Thailand's tournament when they used to be the host of a group.
As expected, Thailand will host the tournament in the 3rd week in mid -June. Officials of the World Volleyball Federation discussed with Thailand about this organization.
Next year, Volleyball Nations League 2023 will be an important tournament for teams to accumulate scores to participate in the Paris Olympic Race, so the organization of the tournament is very highly required.
Thailand has repeatedly hosted VNL as in 2018 in Bangkok and Nakhon Ratchasima, 2019 in Bangkok. In 2020, the tournament is scheduled to be held in Phuket but was postponed for Covid-19 translation.
In Southeast Asia, Thailand and the Philippines are the two countries that have regularly hosted the world's largest volleyball tournament for many years. This year, the Philippines island nation is also the host of a week of competition.
