Thus, Yuki Ishii will not join Hisamitsu Springs to Vietnam to attend the Championship of Asian Women's Clubs 2023 as previously rumored information.

This is definitely unhappy news for Vietnamese volleyball fans when Yuki Ishii is one of the most awaited stars in the opening tournament in late April in Vinh Phuc.

Yuki Ishii was born in 1991, discovered from the Shujitsu High School's training furnace before moving to Hisamitsu Springs. Throughout her career, she only played for this team from 2010 to the present.

Possessing a height of 1.80m and an impressive fighting style, Yuki Ishii was soon called to the Japanese national team from a very young age. She wears Japanese women's volleyball shirts from 2011-2021.

After the Tokyo Olympic Games, when coach Manabe returned to power, Yuki Ishii was no longer competing on the national team. The decision to retire at her 32nd age is said to be appropriate when most Japanese women's volleyball stars retain quite early.
