Hello “Teacher Anh”, can you share a little about this special nickname or not?
Anh “chicken”: Actually, my nickname is “Anh Ga”, this name is given by my friends because my family has a chicken farm and also loves to eat chicken. As for “teacher Anh”, after finishing studying, going to teach, so people called themselves like that.
Currently, do you participate in many village associations or movements?
Anh “chicken”: Currently, I still regularly participate in the movement awards because I am living and working in Bac Ninh, the land of spiritual masterpieces every New Year comes in spring, there are many village associations, so I have many opportunities and conditions to participate in the tournaments.
How do you arrange between work and those tournaments?
Anh “chicken”: I was created by the school and the teachers in the school's volleyball subjects to participate in the movement tournaments. Because the prizes are almost only within the radius very close to the school, it is also convenient for moving.
Participating in the movement, how does the British village feel, is there any special impression?
Anh “chicken”: Village associations and movements have a great attraction to the audience and athletes. In addition to the audience sitting right next to the field, can talk and exchange directly with the athletes, the hot reward for the athletes after each beautiful ball is also something that is very unique to these tournaments.
In the tournaments he impressed the tournament, is there any special memories?
Anh “chicken”: I have the opportunity to participate in many tournaments, each tournament brings a different emotion. Overall, after each tournament has its own emotions, but to say that it is impressive and most remembered, perhaps the Ninh Hiep village festival in 2015.
At that year, our team and the Hanoi team were considered the weakest, but both of them played very well, surpassing strong teams such as the border, the Cong Cong, Duc Long Gia Lai and Sanest Khanh Hoa to reach the final. After that, our team won the championship.
For many people the movement awards brings a small source of income, what about him?
Anh “chicken”: For a professional athlete or the movement, the right thing on the pitch, playing is a joy and happiness already. In addition, it is both passionate about having a passion and income is so wonderful.
Have you ever received a professional invitation?
Anh “chicken”: There are also a few A -list teams offered to invite me to play but my main job is to wake up to study. If you go to play for a long time, you will not be able to arrange work. In addition, I personally find that with my body and level may be more suitable for the movement.
Why did you refuse invitations to follow a professional path, what many people want? In your opinion, what factors do you need to play the movement?
Anh “chicken”: The movement and professionalism are very different. Professional athletes with high qualifications, skills and specialization in the competition should have defaulted the functions and tasks clearly.
In the movement tournaments, amateur athletes should often do many different tasks. Therefore, if you want to play well in the movement tournaments, the athletes must improve themselves in terms of techniques, tactics and the ability to direct on the field.
Do you have any comments on the current movement awards that have more future development?
Anh “chicken”: The movement and village associations are now increasingly developing in both scale and quality. The tournaments are organized more and more professional from BTC, referees to athletes.
I think in the future, the movement and village associations will be equally interested by the media. Maybe the prizes will be broadcast by TV channels or media companies to serve the audience.
Busy with work and competition, how do you balance your family and other passion?
Anh “chicken”: I am a athlete, so the training and competition time is not too tight like a professional athlete so my family and other passion is still no problem.
Does your wife support her husband in this path? What do you send to your wife?
Anh “chicken”: My wife and children are very supportive. In the past, my wife did not know anything about volleyball, but until now, because she went to see her husband playing and on duty at the tournaments of the Vietnamese volleyball Federation, the knowledge of his wife's volleyball was quite good, could be an referee for her husband to fight.
What is your future goal? Do you have any plans for yourself?
Anh “chicken”: In the future, I have not said it in advance, but now I still teach my professional work at the school and if I have health conditions, I will continue to participate in the movement awards or the arbitration work for the Vietnam Football Federation.
My desire is to be able to find and train students with good professional qualifications, can play in big movement tournaments and beyond professional tournaments.
